What West Coast runs on
The West Coast economy is built on extraction, engineering, dairy processing and tourism, spread along a coastline where the next town is often an hour away.
Nowhere in New Zealand makes remote capability more valuable. A provider who has to send someone is a provider who is expensive here, and connectivity that fails takes a whole site with it because there is rarely an alternative path.

How we cover West Coast
We have staff based around New Zealand and a partner network in the places we do not. Coverage does not depend on which town you happen to be in.
Most of the work is done remotely where it can be, which is deliberate rather than a compromise: you get whoever is genuinely best on your problem instead of whoever is nearest, and travel stays out of what you pay. Where the work has to happen on site, an installation, a rollout, a site assessment, someone is on site.
We do not claim an office in West Coast, because we would rather tell you what we can do for you than where we keep a desk. If you have a site that needs someone standing in it, tell us where and we will tell you plainly how we cover it.
