These terms apply to your use of this website. They are not the terms under which we deliver services: that work is governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything on this page.

Using this site

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not use it in any way that interferes with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or extract content from it at scale for republication.

The status of information published here

Service descriptions on this site are indicative. They describe what we deliver in general terms and are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular scope at any particular price. Scope, inclusions and price are set out in a written proposal or agreement.

Where we describe our practice as built on frameworks such as SMB1001, CIS Controls v8.1, Essential Eight, NZISM or ISO 27001, that describes the standards our own practice works to. It is not a statement that your organisation is certified against any of them, and certification of your organisation is a separate exercise with its own scope and evidence.

Intellectual property

The content, structure and design of this site, and the Bluehex name and logo, belong to Bluehex Limited. Product names, platform names and trade marks of other organisations mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners, and are referred to only to describe what we work with.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove content without notice.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation's site, we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your information.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bluehex Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where you access this site for the purposes of a business, the parties agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and sections 9, 12A and 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986 do not apply, and that it is fair and reasonable for them to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
