What Marlborough runs on
Marlborough is the centre of New Zealand wine, alongside a significant aquaculture industry through the Sounds and the port and ferry operations at Picton.
Vintage compresses a year of pressure into a few weeks, and the aquaculture and marine side operates from sites reachable only by boat. Both mean systems have to work when they are busiest and where connectivity is thinnest, which is not how most software is sold.

How we cover Marlborough
We have staff based around New Zealand and a partner network in the places we do not. Coverage does not depend on which town you happen to be in.
Most of the work is done remotely where it can be, which is deliberate rather than a compromise: you get whoever is genuinely best on your problem instead of whoever is nearest, and travel stays out of what you pay. Where the work has to happen on site, an installation, a rollout, a site assessment, someone is on site.
